1) PROVIDER IDENTITY
Owner: EU Campus Learning S.L. (hereinafter, the “Provider”)
Tax ID (NIF/DNI): B24814691
Registered office: Pasaje Frigiliana 6 3IZQ
Email: info@eucampus.com
Domain: www.eucampus.com
These Terms govern the purchase of online courses, materials and tests (digital content not supplied on a tangible medium) at www.eucampus.com. Before purchasing, the user must read them carefully and keep a copy.
2) SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT
Supply of online access to digital content (videos, notes, tests, mock exams and other teaching materials) and, where applicable, to live sessions which may be recorded for later viewing. No physical media are supplied.
3) TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
A stable Internet connection, an up-to-date browser and a compatible device are required. Some features may require strictly necessary cookies and/or embedded players (e.g. YouTube). Requirements may be updated for technical or security reasons; the current version will be published on the website.
4) PURCHASE PROCESS (STEPS)
- Selection of the course/pack and, where applicable, account creation.
- Review of the order (content, price, taxes).
- Secure payment via STRIPE.
- Confirmation on screen and by email with the contract summary and access to the content.
Before payment, the Provider informs the user about the means available to correct errors (going back/editing details at checkout) and the language in which the contract is concluded (Spanish).
5) PRICE, TAXES AND INVOICING
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless otherwise indicated. The Provider will issue an electronic invoice if the user requests one or where legally required; it will be sent by email or made available in the user area.
6) PAYMENT METHODS
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Depending on the user’s country and device, the following are available: bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link by Stripe), Bizum (Spain), SEPA Direct Debit (particularly for subscriptions) and bank transfer via Stripe (with automatic reconciliation). Card details are processed directly by Stripe; EU Campus does not access the full card number. Some transactions may require 3D Secure. The visible and applicable methods are shown at checkout. The charge is made at the time of purchase. Card details are processed by the payment provider; the Provider does not access the full number. Anti-fraud systems may be used.
7) DELIVERY AND ACCESS TO THE CONTENT
Access to the course is immediate after payment (or on the date indicated in the case of pre-sales). The duration of access depends on the chosen modality (see 7 BIS – ACCESS MODALITIES). For one-off purchases, access is indefinite with respect to the version of the course in force at the time of purchase, for as long as the Provider’s platform remains operational. The Provider maintains a reasonable continuity policy; if in the future it became necessary to stop hosting a specific version, it will offer proportionate alternative measures (e.g. equivalent access to an updated version, temporary migration to a subscription at no cost, or a proportional refund where appropriate). If, for technical reasons not attributable to the user, access cannot be provided within a reasonable period, the user may request assistance or termination with a proportional refund, where appropriate.
7 BIS) ACCESS MODALITIES
a) One-off purchase (indefinite access)
Indefinite access for as long as the Provider’s platform remains operational and with respect to the version purchased. The Provider will supply the updates needed (including security updates) to maintain conformity for at least 24 months from purchase. The indefinite availability of third-party functionalities (embedded players, APIs) is not guaranteed.
b) Time-limited access
Access for the period indicated on the course page (e.g. 12 months). During that period, the updates needed to maintain conformity will be supplied.
c) Subscription
Access to all or part of the catalogue while the subscription remains active (planned modality: annual). During the subscription, the necessary updates and reasonable improvements will be provided.
In all modalities, if an essential update or change significantly reduces access or use, the legal remedies will apply (bringing into conformity, price reduction or termination, as appropriate). See ANNEX I.
8) LICENCE OF USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Access is personal and non-transferable. The Provider grants a limited licence to view the content and, where permitted, download materials for strictly personal use. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, making available, resale, sharing of credentials or any unauthorised commercial use of the materials is prohibited.
9) ACCOUNT, SECURITY AND PROPER USE
The user must keep their credentials confidential and report any unauthorised use. The Provider may suspend or cancel accounts in the event of signs of fraud, resale of access, large-scale scraping or serious breaches of these Terms.
10) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS) AND DIGITAL CONTENT EXCEPTION
As a general rule, in distance purchases the user has 14 calendar days to withdraw. However, where the subject matter is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply if:
- express consent is given to begin performance before the withdrawal period expires,
- the user acknowledges that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal, and
- the Provider confirms such acceptance in writing.
The checkout includes the following checkbox:
“I request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, once performance has begun, I lose my right of withdrawal.”
If the box is not ticked and performance has not begun, the 14-day withdrawal period remains in force.
11) CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND REFUNDS (COMMERCIAL POLICY)
- Purchase errors: if the content has not been accessed, contact info@eucampus.com immediately so the cancellation can be assessed.
- Technical issues attributable to the Provider: if they continuously prevent access and are not resolved within a reasonable period, the user will be entitled to a proportional refund.
- Promotions and coupons: not cumulative unless otherwise indicated.
- Packs: partial refunds are not available once substantial parts of the content have been accessed (except in the case of a defect or unavailability attributable to the Provider).
This policy does not limit the consumer’s statutory rights or the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content (see ANNEX I).
12) CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS
Support is available at info@eucampus.com and via the web form. Complaints are answered within a reasonable period. For consumer matters, the user may contact their local OMIC or Consumer Arbitration Boards. ODR note (EU): the former ODR platform is no longer available; national consumer channels are used instead.
13) DATA PROTECTION
The Provider processes personal data to manage the purchase, access and support in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Suppliers (payment, hosting, analytics) act as data processors under contract. The rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability may be exercised by writing to info@eucampus.com
14) LIABILITY AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The Provider strives to ensure the availability and quality of the service, without guaranteeing the absence of interruptions. It shall not be liable for failures caused by third parties, Internet outages, incompatibilities in the user’s software or force majeure. In no event shall it be liable for loss of profit or indirect damages not required by consumer legislation.
15) BUSINESS MODEL CHANGES AND SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
15.1 Changes to the commercial model
The Provider may introduce an annual subscription giving access to the catalogue. This will not affect courses already purchased as one-off purchases: access will be maintained under the terms of point 7 BIS a) (to the version purchased). Voluntary upgrade options may be offered without prejudice to acquired rights.
15.2 Technical/pedagogical modifications
The Provider may update, improve or reorganise content and teaching functionalities. If a change significantly and negatively affects access or use, the user may request that it be brought into conformity and, if this is not possible within a reasonable period and free of charge, opt for a proportional price reduction or termination (where appropriate). See ANNEX I.
15.3 Prior notice and no detrimental retroactivity
For significant modifications to ongoing contracts (e.g. subscriptions), the Provider will give 30 days’ notice. Changes will not be retroactive nor will they undermine rights already acquired in one-off purchases.
16) AMENDMENT OF THESE TERMS
The Provider may amend these Terms due to legal or service changes. The version in force will be the one published on the website with its last update date. Changes will not affect contracts already concluded; for subscriptions, reasonable advance notice will be given.
17) APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If the user acts as a consumer, the competent courts shall be those of the user’s place of residence. Otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Málaga.

ANNEX I — LEGAL GUARANTEE AND CONFORMITY OF DIGITAL CONTENT
1) Purpose
This Annex sets out the statutory conformity rights for the digital courses and materials (digital content not supplied on a tangible medium) supplied by the Provider. It applies at no additional cost and without prejudice to other consumer rights.
2) Scope
The digital content must conform to the contract and to what is advertised (subjective and objective requirements of quality, functionality, compatibility, security, etc.), including correct integration into the user’s digital environment where applicable.
3) Updates
The Provider will supply the updates needed, including security updates, to maintain conformity:
- One-off purchase: for at least 24 months from purchase and, in any event, for the period reasonably expected given the nature and purpose of the course.
- Subscription: throughout the entire contracted supply period.
4) Liability periods
- One-off purchase: lack of conformity becoming apparent within 2 years of supply.
- Continuous supply (subscription): throughout the entire contracted period.
5) Remedies in the event of lack of conformity
The user may demand that the content be brought into conformity (correction/update/new supply) or, where appropriate, a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund. Remedies will be free of charge, within a reasonable period and without significant inconvenience.
6) Integration into the environment and cooperation
If the lack of conformity could be due to incompatibilities with the user’s device/browser, the Provider may request reasonable cooperation (e.g. error screenshots, browser version) to diagnose the cause. If the technical requirements were communicated before contracting and the user does not cooperate, the burden of proof as to the origin of the problem may shift.
7) Service modifications
Where the contract provides for supply over a period (e.g. subscription), the Provider may modify the service (technical/pedagogical improvements). If a change significantly and negatively affects access or use, the user will be entitled to terminate the contract, unless the effect is only minor.
8) Suspension of periods while remedies are applied
Guarantee periods are suspended while a remedy (e.g. a correction) is being applied and resume once the solution is delivered.
9) Complaints procedure
For incidents, the user may contact info@eucampus.com. The Provider will deal with the request and, if there is a lack of conformity, apply the appropriate remedy. If the user is not satisfied, they may contact the competent consumer bodies.
10) Cost and hierarchy
The legal guarantee is free of charge and does not limit other inalienable consumer rights. In the event of conflict between this Annex and consumer legislation, the applicable legislation shall prevail.
