EPSO Application Support

129,00 €

Most EPSO applications are rejected not only because of the candidates’ level, but because of how the form is put together: unclear answers, repeated information, important details poorly explained or sections that do not match what is being asked.

In this service we work on your EPSO application to minimise the risk of it being rejected for avoidable mistakes, and to make the whole application clear, coherent and easy for the evaluator to read.

Who this service is for

This service is designed for people who:

Are currently filling in an EPSO application for a specific competition.

Want to make sure their application:

  • Is clear and easy to follow.
  • Contains no inconsistencies or gaps that could raise doubts.
  • Is aligned with what the EPSO notice actually asks for.

See the written application as a key moment in the process and prefer to have it reviewed by someone who knows the EPSO environment before submitting it.

It is not aimed at traineeships or at specific vacancies outside EPSO procedures.

How it works

Book the service
You make the purchase on the website and, shortly afterwards, we contact you by email from EU Campus.
In that first email we explain how we work and ask you for some basic details (EPSO competition, profile you are applying for, approximate deadlines, etc.).

Sending your documentation
You send us:

  • Your draft EPSO application (in an editable format or PDF).
  • The link to the corresponding competition notice.

First in-depth review
We analyse your application and return it with detailed comments and concrete suggestions for improvement.

Video call (up to 60 minutes)
We go over the key points, clarify doubts and finalise the approach of your application.

Up to 2 additional reviews
You send us your improved versions and we review them again (up to two more times) to get the application ready to submit.

What it includes

Full review of your EPSO application
We analyse the content you have already written (experience, tasks, education, competencies, motivation, etc.) with a focus on:

  • Clarity of the message.
  • Consistency of your professional career throughout the form.
  • Relevance of what you say compared to what the competition notice asks for.
  • A professional, direct style, without empty phrases or filler.

Detailed, actionable comments
We return your application with specific notes and suggestions to:

  • Strengthen examples and achievements.
  • Cut out what does not add value or distracts.
  • Give more weight to what really counts.
  • Adjust the language so it is more precise and convincing.

Up to 3 reviews of the same application draft

  • 1st in-depth review.
  • Up to 2 additional rounds on your improved versions within an agreed timeframe, to polish the final result.

1 individual video call of up to 60 minutes (Google Meet / Zoom)

  • We go over the key points of the application together.
  • We align the approach with your profile and the competition.
  • We resolve specific doubts and decide what to highlight and what to leave in the background.

A reasonable response time

First review within a maximum of 5 working days from when we receive all the necessary documentation.

What it does not include

The application is not written from scratch:
We always work on your already completed application in the system (or in an editable document exported by you).

It is not a full document translation service into another language.

The service applies to a single, specific EPSO application.
If you want to work on different applications (for example, several competitions), it will be necessary to hire additional services.

  • Avoid having your application rejected for avoidable mistakes.
  • Ensure a clear, coherent and easy-to-read application.
  • Expert support at the key moment of the EPSO process.
